Absolutely beginners can sign up for a membership. Whether you’ve just picked up a club or you’re chasing scratch, The Birdie Cage is built for every level. We’ve created a judgment-free space where you can learn, practice, and improve at your own pace. If you want a one off session without being a member, you can come as a guest of a member or we highly recommend booking a coaching session for a 1:1 and extremely valuable experience
Yes — up to 3 people per bay is ideal for gameplay and comfort. Guest passes can be added at checkout when booking your session. If you're bringing mates, make sure to plan your booking to allow enough time for everyone to play.
As a guide:
- 18 holes with 2 players takes approx. 1.5–2 hours
- 18 holes with 3 players takes approx. 2–2.5 hours
- Solo sessions move faster, depending on your pace and focus.
Anything comfortable that allows you to swing freely. Most members wear golf or activewear and runners or golf shoes with soft spikes. No dress code — but keep it clean and practical.
Ideally yes. This will give you the best accuracy and data feedback. If you don’t have any fresh balls on you, then you will need to clean your balls before play. Removing any dirt and scuff marks not only keeps our system tip top, it will improve the accuracy if your strike and the read of the software
Yes — guest passes are available for purchase during checkout. Guests must attend with a current member.
